1) So, why a Fresh Fruit bouquet and not a conventional Floral bouquet?

The question should really be why not a Fresh Fruit bouquet? Imagine this - you need an urgent bouquet for a client meeting or to impress a special someone. Instead of taking the conventional route with roses or lilies - get a Dark Chocolate Dipped Fresh Fruit bouquet from us! After all, who wouldn’t like receiving a unique chocolate coated fresh fruit bouquet? It’ll be an instant hit with the recipient!


2) Where are your fruits from? Are they really fresh?

We use only the finest Italian chocolate that we can’t get enough of ourselves and import our juicy strawberries from the big boys - the United States of America. Is your mouth watering yet?


3) Could you tell me more about the professional trainer Rainbowly works with?

Rainbowly aimed to master the proper techniques in putting together elaborate and unique bouquets. Our wonderful trainer from the United Kingdom allowed us to do just that, and we can now share our labour of love with you.


4) I am a bride and have no idea how I want my wedding floral arrangements to look like! HELP!

First of all, DO NOT panic! You are in the hands of professionals! Simply decide on a theme and contact us. We will then get the rest of the necessary details from you in order to help you create the wedding floral arrangement of your dreams !


5) And if I do not have a theme?

There is still no reason to panic! Challenges are second nature to us. So make it your first step to contact us and we will help you to figure it out.


6) How does Rainbowly help make the ordering/customisation process hassle free?

As far as we are concerned, technology is a one stop solution. Clients can reach us via a simple call or email and simply mention their preferred colour theme and fruit choices to get a customised design from our talented fruit artists in just 1 week.


7) What is the most memorable customisation request you have created?

Rainbowly created a massive 1.5 metres tall fruit tower that was made out of apples, melon, orange, pineapple, strawberry for a grand opening for one of the restaurants. It was the most awe-inspiring fruit tower we have created to date and yes, transporting it to the venue was certainly no easy feat, but we pulled it off.


8) Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do offer a complimentary card to deliver your message. Please use the space provided after you’ve selected the product to type with your personal greeting. Make sure to include your name in the message as it is the only way the recipient can tell whom the gift is from.


9) What if I didn’t see a confirmation page and/or didn’t receive an email confirmation?

If you didn’t receive any of the order confirmation messages, please call 9230 5911 as soon as possible. We recommend that you do not attempt to submit the order again to avoid placing duplicate orders. Our Customer Service Representatives will be able to assist you in determining if your order was successfully processed. If the order was not successfully placed, we will be able to take your order by phone at that time.


10) Is your product Halal?

Our products contain mainly fresh fruit and chocolate. All chocolate we use are Halal certified.


11) Can I choose/change the container?

All of our containers and packaging are specifically designed to accommodate the size of our arrangements, and to complement the appearance of each fresh fruit creation. Containers may vary from those shown on our website.


12) Do you have any products for kids?

Yes! We have a series of bouquets and chocolate fruits for kids. They love the sweet fruit available with fun toppings like chocolate, nuts and coconut. You’ll love that they’re getting a treat filled with vitamins and antioxidants naturally found in fresh fruit. Plus, our fruit is all natural. No preservatives are ever added. 13) Do your products contain milk?

All Rainbowly products may contain or come in contact with items that contain milk products. We recommend that you take the necessary precautions based on any food allergies.


14) Do your products contain nuts?

Some of our fruit bouquets and boxes of chocolate-dipped fruit have crushed or sliced peanut / almond / hazelnut, so there are nut products in our preparation areas. We cannot guarantee that a gift will not have come in contact with nuts or nut oil. We recommend that you take the necessary precautions based on any related allergies.


15) How long will the fruit last?

Our fruit arrangements are sold at the peak of freshness. We recommend that you enjoy your Rainbowly gift right away. If that’s not possible, you should keep the original wrapping, and refrigerate immediately upon receipt. Once it has been removed from the original wrapping, you should remove the fruit from the skewers, store it in an airtight container, and refrigerate immediately.

Our chocolate dipped fruit is exceptionally fresh, and should be consumed immediately. If that’s not possible, you should keep the original packaging, refrigerate immediately upon receipt, and enjoy within 24 hours of receipt.


16) Does your fruit contain preservatives?

No. Our fruit is all-natural. No preservatives are ever added.


17) Why doesn’t my bouquet have exactly the same amount of fruit as the photo on the website?

Our bouquets may vary in the exact fruit counts due to produce size variations throughout the year. Each fruit has a peak season, which may result in larger than average produce during that time; similarly, there are seasons when the fruit may be smaller than average. To ensure that the bouquet’s design remains uniform, our Fruit Artist work within specified fruit count ranges for each fruit type when building each arrangement. This gives our highly trained staff just enough flexibility to ensure that the arrangement is perfectly designed, no matter what size the fruit is at that point in the year.


18) Can I pick up my gift from a store?

Yes, you may select "Store Pick Up" option on Check Out page to pick up your gift from our store located at 11 Sin Ming Road, B3-09 Unit 10, Thomson V Two, Singapore 575629


19) What is your shipping policy?

20) How many days in advance shall I place my order?

We need at least 1 day in advance to prepare for your order, especially for orders that demand delivery service.

For bulk orders (above 10 items), we would appreciate if you could let us know at least 3 days in advance.

We always encourage our customers to place their orders as soon as they can, as our daily production is limited due to many factors, we will stop taking orders once our capacity is fully reached. For popular festivals like Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Teacher's Day etc, we might stop taking orders even 1 month prior to the date.
