Customers are required to collect the items on the selected date and timing, should there be any change of the collection date or timing, kindly notify Rainbowly Pte Ltd (8118 6052) at least one day in advance.
On orders of $100 or more. Simply look for the logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total S$100 or more, your order ships FREE!
We also provide island-wide (exclude Sentosa, Jurong and other islands) delivery service at $15 flat rate per address.
For any order delivered by Rainbowly, we recommend that you always send your gift on a date and to a location where someone will be available to retrieve the gift to ensure freshness.
For Residential address deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we may attempt to leave the gift with a neighbor. If the gift is left with a neighbor, or if no one is available to accept the gift, the recipient's door will be tagged with clear instructions for retrieving the gift from our shop.
For Business address deliveries, orders are typically delivered from noon until 5 pm. Please be aware that we may leave the gift with the front desk or security, subject to the delivery restrictions of the business.
To ensure smooth delivery process, we highly recommend you advise your recipient about the delivery in advance.
We'd like to highlight that the accuracy of the delivery address and contact number is essential to a smooth delivery. Should any delivery is delayed or cancelled due to wrong address given, you are solely responsible for the outcome.
