• Availability of Recipient Before Ordering
    To ensure smooth delivery for your receiver, we can provide a complimentary call or text a day before to check whether the delivery date/ timing works before making arrangements to prepare it fresh for them.
    We will avoid revealing sender's and item's detail whenever possible.

    Please let us know whether it is required before you add the product to cart under "Recipient's Availabilty".

    Facts: 60% of recipients prefer a different timing OR shipping address than what the sender has selected.

    Please note that redelivery charges to another location or yourself of $20 will apply if no one is around at your provided address during delivery if you had selected "Not Required" for recipient's availability checkbox before adding product to cart.
  • How do I make a purchase?
    1) Choose your gift, add your gift message, select availability check requirement, agree to delivery terms
    2) Add product to cart
    3) Got to cart, select delivery date and timeslot
    4)Press "Check out"
    5)Enter shipping information and address of recipient
    6)Press "Continue to Shipping"
    7)Press "Continue to Payment"
    8)Proceed to Order Summary for payment
    9) Receive order confirmation and email for receipt upon successful order. (No email confirmation means order is not successful, please check your junk email as well)
    Please double check if all information is correct. if any information needs to rectify, simply reply to the email confirmation as soon as possible.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    DELIVERY TERMS
    Complimentary Delivery for all orders with some exception:
    All our products are freshly made to order and delivered immediately upon completion. Our products are also considered fragile items as with cakes, and requires extra care during delivery.
    Exception: $10 additional surcharges applies for Jurong Island, Sentosa Island; $15 to Tuas (Registration needed). No delivery to PSA and public hospitals.

    Delivery time slots are always in 3-hour range. Surcharges are applicable and subjected to available if you need specific time range.
    Please search and add “surcharges” to cart before checking out for payment.

    Business/Hotel address deliveries
    Orders are typically delivered during working hours. Please be aware that we leave the gift with the concierge or security, subject to the delivery restrictions of the business building.

    By selecting Yes for the delivery terms, you agreed to all of the following terms:
    1) It's the sender's responsibility to inform your recipient (or a representative) about the delivery in advance. The surprise only works if they receive the gift! Our products are highly perishable, washed and freshly prepared fruits, they should be consumed or stored in fridge and finished within the day. Rainbowly will not be liable if products are found unsatisfactory after deliveries are accepted in good condition.
    2) Your recipient (or a representative) must be around for the gift collection. Please select a delivery date and time (and location) that your recipient (or a representative) can receive the gift personally. Orders that were not picked up from delivery personnel at the stated address and date shared by client, will be forfeited. Request for re-delivery of order on a different date will not be available. Request for re-delivery of order on the same date to another location will be charged $20. We can provide a compliment call a day before delivery to check whether they will be around. There are instants where recipient prefers a change of address or date. You may provide their next-to-kin number that will be at the given address if it's a surprise. Please indicate under availability check box before adding product to cart.
    3) Contact details and delivery address should be in full and accurate.

    Please kindly check your email receipt and notify us ASAP if the address or any contact details are incorrect. We are always here to help!
  • Can I pick up my gift from a store?
    Currently, we only do delivery service island wide as our products are freshly made to order.
  • Can I select my own delivery date and timeslot?
    You may select the delivery date and time slot in your cart (shopping button either at the top or bottom right of window) before checking out for payment.

    Cut off time for weekdays is 1pm and weekdays is 10am.
    Our delivery time slots are as follows: Slot 1 : 10am-1pm, Slot 2 : 1pm-4pm, Slot 3 : 4pm-7pm (Not available on weekend)

    Time-slot closes when slots are fully booked, we always advice clients to order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
  • How do i know if my order is confirmed?
    Once you have made the order and payment successfully, you will receive an email with a four digit order number (Example: RB1234) almost instantly. Your delivery date and timeslot will also be reflected in your email confirmation. Please check your email (or junk mail) immediately and notify us if any information is missing, especially the shipping address. We will send you an email notification when the order is out for delivery and when delivery is completed.
  • What if I didn’t see a confirmation page and/or didn’t receive an email confirmation?
    If you didn’t receive any of the order confirmation messages, please send us an email as soon as possible. We recommend that you do not attempt to submit the order again to avoid placing duplicate orders. Our Customer Service Representatives will be able to assist you in determining if your order was successfully processed. If the order was not successfully placed, we will be able to take your order by email at that time.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Our perishable products are freshly prepared and non-returnable and non- exchangeable.

    If the order has been prepared or shipped out, we will not be able to cancel the order. However, if its requested at least 2 working days before, we will facilitate the refund of your order and it will be subjected to a 10% admin and credit card cancellation service charges.

    For non-perishables items only, for exchange, it must be in new condition and in its original packaging intact for us to process within the day of delivery. We will not be able to make any exchanges after item has been accepted.
    Please note that you will be responsible for a $20 shipping charge associated with an exchange. We are unable to refund any original shipping fees, taxes or duties paid on any orders.

    Sale or discounted items, consumable products, products with personalization or customization are not eligible for exchanges and refunds.
  • Do you do delivery on Public Holidays or Weekends?
    Yes we do! We are open whole year round. We do close slots once they are fully taken up (which happens very often! ) so place your order early, we can take advance order up to a year ahead. If we are close for a major event for more than 2 days in a row, we will put up an announcement on facebook and instagram, please keep a lookout!
  • What if I Need a Same Day Delivery?
    Subjected to availability, our cut off time are as follows:
    Slot 1 : 10am-1pm (Cut off time is 10pm the day before )
    Slot 2 : 1pm-4pm (Cut off time is 10am)
    Slot 3 : 4pm-7pm (Cut off time is 1pm) (Not available on weekends)

  • What type of payment method do you accept?
    We accept all international credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay. We also accept Bank transfer ( 5 working days prior), Paynow, Paylah! and Grabpay. For express checkout such as ShopPay, PayPal and Apple Pay, please double check your shipping address and remember to uncheck ''same as billing address". For all other payment methods, please proceed to the next page for payment.
  • Are your fruits fresh?
    We use only the finest chocolate that we can’t get enough of ourselves and our fruits are freshly imported and prepared with love only on the day of delivery.
  • Could you tell me more about the professional trainer Rainbowly works with?
    Rainbowly aimed to master the proper techniques in putting together elaborate and unique bouquets. Our wonderful trainer from the United Kingdom allowed us to do just that, and we can now share our labour of love with you.
  • How does Rainbowly help make the ordering/customisation process hassle free?
    As far as we are concerned, technology is a one stop solution. Clients can reach us via email and simply mention their preferred colour theme and fruit choices to get a customised design from our talented fruit artists in just 1 week.
  • What is the most memorable customisation request you have created?
    Rainbowly created a massive 1.5 metres tall fruit tower that was made out of apples, melon, orange, pineapple, strawberry for a grand opening for one of the restaurants. It was the most awe-inspiring fruit tower we have created to date and yes, transporting it to the venue was certainly no easy feat, but we pulled it off.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes, we do offer a complimentary card to deliver your message. Please use the space provided after you’ve selected the product to type with your personal greeting. Make sure to include your name in the message as it is the only way the recipient can tell whom the gift is from.
  • Is your product Halal?
    Our products contain mainly fresh fruit and chocolate. All the chocolate we use are Halal certified.
  • Can I choose/change the container?
    All of our containers and packaging are specifically designed to accommodate the size of our arrangements and to complement the appearance of each fresh fruit creation. Containers may vary from those shown on our website.
  • Do you have any products for kids?
    Yes! We have a series of bouquets and chocolate fruits for kids. They love the sweet fruit available with fun toppings like chocolate, nuts and coconut. You’ll love that they’re getting a treat filled with vitamins and antioxidants naturally found in fresh fruit. Plus, our fruit is all natural. No preservatives are ever added.
  • Do your products contain milk?
    All Rainbowly products may contain or come in contact with items that contain milk products. We recommend that you take the necessary precautions based on any food allergies.
  • Do your products contain nuts?
    Some of our fruit bouquets and boxes of chocolate-dipped fruit have crushed or sliced peanut/almond/hazelnut, so there are nut products in our preparation areas. We cannot guarantee that a gift will not have come in contact with nuts or nut oil. We recommend that you take the necessary precautions based on any related allergies.
  • How long will the fruit last?
    Our fruit arrangements are freshly made on the day of delivery. To enjoy the best of it, we recommend that you enjoy your Rainbowly fruit gift right away as they were washed during preparation. As washed fruits are very perishable, are to be consumed as soon as possible. In cases where you can't consume it immediately, you are advised to remove the fruits immediately and store it in an airtight container and keep it in the fridge as soon as you can.
    Please enjoy within the day of receipt.
  • Does your fruit contain preservatives?
    No. Our fruit is all-natural. No preservatives are ever added, therefore they are best consumed immediately!
  • Why doesn’t my bouquet have exactly the same amount of fruit as the photo on the website?
    Our bouquets may vary in the exact fruit counts due to produce size variations throughout the year. Each fruit has a peak season, which may result in larger than average produce during that time; similarly, there are seasons when the fruit may be smaller than average. To ensure that the bouquet’s design remains uniform, our Fruit Artist work within specified fruit count ranges for each fruit type when building each arrangement. This gives our highly trained staff just enough flexibility to ensure that the arrangement is perfectly designed, no matter what size the fruit is at that point in the year.
  • How many days in advance shall I place my order?
    We recommend you to make an order at least 1 working day (24hours) in advance to avoid disappointment. For customization, please order at least 2 weeks in advance. For bulk orders (above 20 items), we would appreciate if you could let us know at least 2 weeks in advance. We always encourage our customers to place their orders as soon as they can, as our daily production is limited due to many factors. We will stop taking orders once our capacity is fully reached. For popular festivals like Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Teacher's Day etc, we might stop taking orders even 1 month prior to the date, do make your order early to avoid disappointment! :) For corporate orders, do send us an email at order@rainbowly.com for the best bulk purchase discount today! :)
