Free Shipping for bulk orders
On orders of $500 or more. Simply look for the logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total S$500 or more, your order ships FREE!

Flat Rate Delivery for all orders
We also provide island-wide (exclude Sentosa, Jurong and other islands) delivery service at $20 flat rate per address.
A $10 delivery surcharge will be imposed in addition to the existing delivery fee for delivery to Sentosa, Jurong and other islands

Business/Hotel address deliveries
Orders are typically delivered until 6 pm. Please be aware that we may leave the gift with the front desk or security, subject to the delivery restrictions of the business building.


For any order delivered by Rainbowly, we recommend that you only send your gift on a date and to a location where the recipient or someone will be available to retrieve the gift to ensure freshness.
  • Orders that were not picked up from delivery personnel at the stated address and date shared by client, will be forfeited.
  • Request for re-delivery of order on a different date or pick up location will not be available.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, we highly recommend you to INFORM your recipient about the delivery in advance unless you are 2000% sure that they will be around for the collection. They would love to have a real good surprise! :)

We'd like to highlight that the accuracy of the delivery address and contact number is essential for smooth delivery.
  • Should any delivery is delayed or canceled due to wrong address given, the client is solely responsible for the outcome.
  • Please kindly check your email receipt and notify us ASAP if the address or contact details are incorrect.
